Manage team of Collections Trainers (5), Trainer performance and development.

Coordinate New Hire Training classes in all the MX call centers.

Ensure New Hire Training materials are kept up to date.

Create new training materials as needed.

Manage Post Training Program (Communication, tracking and follow up by trainers)

Provide coaching to Collections Trainers at least once per month and provide proof documentation and action plans to Sr. Manager.

Support Sr. Manager in any other task or project as needed.
