Programación, implementación y documentación de aplicaciones.

· Brindar soporte a usuarios resolviendo problemas relacionados con Linux, Libre Office y Open Source, Plataforma Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite.

· Dar seguimiento y respuesta profesional a los tickets levantados por los usuarios, y logrando la entera satisfacción del mismo.

· Brindar soporte en el horario que sea requerido.

· Brindar mantenimiento a computadoras de escritorio y laptops

· Investigar nuevas tecnologías y recomendar soluciones proactivas.

· Brindar asesoría remota o en sitio.

· Resolución y documentación de incidentes para control interno.

· Documentación de proyectos asignados.

Experiencia programando en Java, PHP, MySql, HTML

· Conocimientos deseables en telefonia IP, asterisk.

· Conocimientos en Linux y Open Source.

· Comunicación efectiva y orientación a lograr la satisfacción del cliente final.

· Nivel de Ingles Intermedio - Avanzado que permita interactuar con personas de USA (Preferente)

· Habilidad para trabajar independientemente y en equipo.

· Habilidad para resolver problemas de IT y contar con iniciativa para planes de acción.

· Completa disponibilidad de horario.

· Ingeniería en sistemas computacionales terminada o afín.
