Eaton Corporation Production Supervisor in Juarez, Mexico

First-line supervisor responsible for assigning and coordinating the work in a manufacturing department. Supervises hourly employees, maintains log of shift operations. Prepares daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports. The head of the function is not reported in this position even if he/she is a first-line supervisor.Qualifications

  • Engineering Bachelor Degree

  • 2-3 years of experience like assembly production supervisor

  • Recent and strong use of SAP

  • Solid knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 8D’s, 5Whys, 5’s

  • Verifiable experience in measure and improve productivity and efficiency of production

  • Approach to quality and safety

  • Ability in taking decisions

  • Focused on results

  • Effective communication

  • Able to work any shift
