Eaton Corporation Planner Buyer in Juarez, Mexico

Responsible for procurement of specialized items and executing buying complex strategies in accordance with agreed upon material buying plans at the optimum cost/quality relationship. Analyzes market and industry conditions and develops supply recommendations. Negotiates select contracts. Interviews sales representatives and vendors. May coach Buyers.Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Planner/Buyer position

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in finished goods planning functions (scheduling, Capacity, Line Rate)

  • Knowledge of MRP systems.

  • Strong SAP experience and negotiation skills.

  • Self - motivated and capable of working independently with minimum direction or supervision.

  • APICS certified (plus)

  • Bilingual English / Spanish required
