YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owner of the lay out of the assigned area;
  • Excellent project management attributes to assess and mitigate any associated risks;
  • Organize layout changes from the concept to the final validation;
  • Resolve issues using problem solving techniques;
  • Lead short term and long term improvement;
  • Develop supplier network to constantly improve quality, price and delivery time;
  • Implement and design new processes with strong SMED and POKAYOKE strategy;

  • Constantly reduce wastes by leading and implementing Kaizen Workshops;

  • Support new products introduction with excellent balancing and lay-out readiness;

  • Maintain excellent control in routings, square footage usage and health and safety ergonomic workstations;

  • Expert in standard work deployment and detailed follow-up;

  • Perform excellent product line-up analysis and planning to assure a smooth introduction of vehicles to the assembly line.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Industrial Engineering Degree

  • Experience 2 years or more;

  • Bilingual (80% English and Spanish), both oral and written;

  • Use of advance knowledge Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Excellent 2D Model software (AutoCAD)

  • Excellent 3D Model software knowledge (Catia, Solidworks).
