Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer and data center.
May monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation.
Monitors batch schedules and takes actions as necessary in response to schedule problems or abnormal program terminations.
Manages tape backups including physical tape handling.
Responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and server installations.
Coordinates, diagnoses and troubleshoots employee issues with personal computers and related systems.
Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.
Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support.
Engineering Computer Systems or Similar
Professional Experience - 2 years

Network - CISCO
Telecomm - CISCO
Structured Cabling –Commscope/ Pandiut

Written and Fluid Speaking English
