IT Business Implementation Analyst 2
is responsible for implementing, running, and improving nearly all of
Oracle's Enterprise Applications: CRM, HCM, Financials, SCM, you name
it. We use Oracle's own real-life business requirements as a "test bed"
for innovation. We often race out ahead of standard product and build
extensions and custom applications to meet the needs of our employees.
Once proven, our ideas and innovations quickly find their way back into
core product for our customers.

this role, you will work with business users to gather and write down requirements. The projects you will be engaged on
are typically those associated with Oracle's Public Cloud or CRM
products. We are looking for candidates who can exhibit a high-degree of
initiative in learning new technologies and methods to resolve complex
data migration projects.

Ability to write down requirements and design UI mockups
Experience in CRM tools and concepts
Knowledge in JIRA and Photoshop will be a plus
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
As part of a software project implementation team assists in implementing software projects by mapping business processes, producing documentation, establishing acceptance testing criteria.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel as necessary. Prefer 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
