Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE.
· Manages internal team operations (e.g., hiring, training, coaching, performance expectations) · Actively manages operational performance metrics (e.g., Average weekly Volume, SLA Performance, Average Turnaround Time, 90% Fill Rate, Outlier Average, Quality) · Communicates with both internal and external customers at the management level. · Establishes effective communication lines/methods with Sales and Partner stakeholders. · Resolves highly complex issues that have been escalated by individual contributors. · Manages groups within a team. · Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. · Follow-up sessions with each team member. · Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. · Provide leadership (e.g., make decisions; solve problems; conduct meetings; represent the team at internal and external meetings)

First level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 4 years of experience.
Typically 2 years of People Management experience. Knowledge and skills required
Strong communication skills with ability to convey high impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to peers and management within and outside of the company and to local stakeholders across functions.
