AT&T Staff Associate in Guadalajara, Mexico

Skills to support the OnSite Second Level support for LAN , Voice IP, Projet Management and to support diagnostics and troubleshoot incidents.

Assist in definition and implementation of network solutions of the customer.

Interact with other IBM and AT&T service towers to ensure the end-to-end solution of issues.

On-site support during business hours and remote support out of business hours.

Vendor Management of customer 3rd parties and interact with IBM/IBM Customer, AT&T, Vendors and Suppliers.. Execution of service delivery and procesess. 7x24 availability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

On-site support during business hours and remote support out of business hours.

Provide technical suppport in a multi-vendor enviroment(Cisco and Juniper Networks). Produce and Maintaining technical documentation. Support project implementation requierments.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Cisco CCNP , Juniper, and LAN Switching to execute second level support.

Multibrand knowledge preferred in switching and routing (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, IBM etc.)

Knowledge for supporting Network Monitoring Tools.

Good relationship with customers with leadership skills and capable to work under high stress.

Administration of network problems.

Fluent Spanish and English speaking. 3 years experience in Cisco or Juniper

Education and Qualifications::

Bachellor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.

Cisco CCNP Data&Switching Certified

Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS)

Sniffer Usage Training or demonstrable skills.
