Job Title NPM Processes & Projects Specialist (Tijera)

OBJECTIVE: Support the primary vision of the Corporate Indirect Purchasing organization of: 1) providing High Stakeholder Value, 2) low Total Cost of Ownership, and 3) high Efficiency. This will be achieved by the Processes & Projects Specialist through the timely and efficient coordination of resources from the Corporate Purchasing Organization to guarantee a smooth and flawless execution of CBS projects
through the entire North America NPM Organization, constantly challenging the status quo of our current regional processes and their interaction with global standards. Additionally, acting as main point of contact and coordination for all kind of external and internal audits related to NPM Purchasing in North America, as well as owning the continuous education of the P90.1 Purchasing Policy throughout our internal stakeholders and members of the North America NPM Organization.
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS / FUNCTIONS:
Maximize customer value by eliminating waste, simplifying, integrating, and standardizing to improve current NPM processes, including all stakeholders as a source of improvement and combining crossfunctional expertise as a learning organization.
Regional process owner and administrator for Supplier Due Diligence Tool and Vendor Master procedures across customer divisions
Ensure a sustainable and continuous education of all NAFTA users on the Purchasing Policy P90.1. Creation and maintenance of
training documentation and conducting user trainings as requested
Lead, coordinate and support all data requests in due time for all external, internal and compliance audits related to NPM Purchasing
Reporting and data analysis to support and drive the Indirect Materials purchasing organization in NAFTA; Controlling and tracking of other NPM KPI information to worldwide management and proposing suggestions for improvement
Adjustment and optimization of existing applications and reports according to requirements of Corporate Purchasing including interface management to existing tools and solutions
Customer satisfaction responsibilities including: 1) representing indirect purchasing during plant visits and/or home plant environment, 2) support rollout of purchasing processes and tools, 3) develop and implement actions to support individual plant locations REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree: Business Administration or equivalent
Professional Experience: >3 years (desirable >1 years in the area of NPM Purchasing)
Projects & Processes: >1 year
Intercultural / International: Experience abroad (desirable), experience working with customers in US and Mexico. Spanish language a plus
Project Management: Expert
Six Sigma or CBS: Advanced
MS Office: Advanced
SAP MM (purchasing): Basic
