Who You'll Work With:

You will work with the supply chain team to support manufacturing TEST engineering functions at the factories. Leads Cisco sustaining tests activities to support Contract Manufacturing, able to establish overall test product and platform strategy, solves test issues and provides feedback to new product introduction groups.

What You'll Do :

High Level Description:

Support manufacturing engineering functions at the factories. Manage manufacturing build process and process control validation, including MPa/ODM/OEM Audit & Qualification. Responsible for Factory Site Technical Metrics and improvements. Lead Sustaining Yield & YAP management and execution. pDRT and LS/LA ownership. Support TPM and IPT on technical issues related to PF/BU. Responsible for capacity, cost and product change management including context ME management. Support NPI Proto/Pilot & FAI at the factory sites.

Role / Responsibilities:

o Factory Site Technical Quality Metrics ownership and driving metrics improvement.

o Responsible for Sustaining Yield & Yield achievement plan management and execution.

o pDRT and LS/LA ownership within Factory Site.

o Support TPM and IPT on all technical issues by PF/BU. Support mfg engineering functions at factories.

o Manage manufacturing build process and process control validation.

o Responsible for assembly capacity, cost (TIQ validation), NRE review and approval, product change management (LECO implementation & Deviation creation) as well as for context ME management including validation of skill sets and services.

o Support QBR/MOR scorecard inputs and feedback.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years’ electronic product test process development experience.

• Ability to work on project / product testing independently.

• Conflict resolution. Problem solving. Self-starter. Meet deadlines. Good team player.

• Networking knowledge is a plus
