Job Description

Overview:

The team member in this position will be involved in a variety of requirement management administrative activities which are integral toward ensuring our safety­critical systems that are developed according to state­of­the­art methodologies.

Additional responsibilities:

Administrative role related to Requirement Management (RM) document control

Direct communication with internal customers in assisting (RM) tasks

Initiation of work­flow to facilitate requirements review by a cross­functional team

Creating traceability links between requirements at the vehicle level, system­level, and component ­level

Development of necessary tools to facilitate import/export and improve traceability of requirements.

Responsible of document control of new products, and changes to existing products’ requirements

Creating, importing, modifying, and analysis of customer requirements with supervision of quality engineer

Prepare and present responses to action items

Assistance with other tasks as needed and determined by management

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Course of study: Administrative/Quality Associate

Understanding of Automotive Electronic/Electromechanical Products

The ideal candidate is disciplined, and can work independently and within a team environment

Good computer skills

Office software knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good communication skills with CES team, internal & external customers

Personal drive and demonstrates initiative

Professional experience may include internship/coop

Proficient in English
