Job Title Development Test Engineer SR (Wireless, RF)
Posting Location Guadalajara
Create the Product Test Specifications for RF section (wireless testing strattegy, Calibration procedures, nest concept definition, antennas definition and orientation)
Evaluate design, construction, shielding, return loss and calibration of RF testers built in Guadalajara (BS Periferico and Tijera).
Provide wireless testing training to team members, Product engineers, Test engineers and Test technicians
Promote, propose and collaborate on continuous improvement projects related to wireless testing
Develop RF test concepts for new technologies (e.g. Bluetooth Low Energy)
Test Time Reduction initiatives
Share leasons learned in the monthly Wireless Test Engineering community meeting (woldwide scope)
Evaluation on new wireless testing tools
Projects support related to RF topics at Manufacturing site
Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering
3 years of experience as Test Developer for wireless products (TPMS, Key fobs, RF transmitters / receivers
Fluent in English
Experience with RF Testers at Manufacturing
Knowledge of products validation process (prototype test, EMC, LTT) and production process (ICT, Flashing, RF test)
