Job Description

The QMP is the driver for Quality within its project during the introduction of the project. Guides the project to a successful production and to meet the customer expectations. Support the Project Manager to the effective planning, implementation, execution and control of specific projects of the measures taken to guarantee quality. These actions are predominantly preventive.

In case of deviations make sure that appropriate corrective actions are taken.The QMP supervises together with the PM the processing of the QM elements and escalates also independently of the PM if necessary.

Assures the reuse and collect of the Lessons Learned. Customer quality contact during development.

Job Requirements

Necessary requirements:

Exprience in automotive or electronical industry (2- 4 years)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to work in a global team. Intercultural abilities

APQP, PPAP implementation (2 years of experience)

OEM Customer communication skills (2 years of experience)

Problem solving skills

Manufacturing process knowledge (Electrical and plastics)

CMMI, A-Spice, ISO/IATF TS knowledge

Leadership habilities

Additional requirements:

Development (R&D) process experience (PDMK)

Control plan and D/P FMEA experience
