IBM Data Specialist: ETL.DataStage in GUADALAJARA, Mexico
Job in the VIO organization supporting Corporate applications delivering E2E IBM internal solutions and business demands. This position requires a candidate with deep DataStage knowledge along with a technical understanding for the application infrastructure supporting this business.The candidate must be familiar managing and maintaining interfaces built with DataStage, IBM’s WebSphere Data Integration Suit software between operational and external environments to the business intelligence environment. Experience on designing and developing extract, transform and load (ETL) process, and also in the full lifecycle implementation of the technical components of a business intelligence solution, and also supporting them.The candidate must have experience working in projects using the Agile model and do team work. We expect that the candidate proposes disruptive ideas, think out of the box, to find creative solutions that impulse the innovation.The Data Center Specialist (DCS) is an expert at the physical infrastructure and support systems for IT and IT related equipment. The DCS provides technical advice, planning, design, implementation, construction, commissioning, project management, and strategy to all aspects of infrastructure and facilities required for proper operation of data centers and specialized facilities. They identify problems related to facilities installation, configuration, operations, or performance and have knowledge of the client's availability and performance requirements. They frequently have experience and advanced education with respect to Electrical Engineering, Emergency/Disaster Planning, Environment Planning, Fire Protection Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Data Center Design, Cabling, Consolidation, Relocation and Physical Security. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.Skills:Environment:Professional knowledge related to incumbent's department or function.Communication/Negotiation:Engaged as an independent professional. Degree in Business, Computer Science or Equivalent
Experience in DataStage
Strong knowledge on Agile Methodology
Strong technical background
Ability to remove blockers/Servant leadership
Exceptional written and oral communication skill in English
