Job Title Customer Center Controller (Santa Anita)
Posting Location Guadalajara
Responsible for all controlling tasks related to to the Chrysler Customer Center and Service Center Operation.
Forecast, analysis, variance reporting and long range planning of P&L statement.
Coordination, analysis, and reporting of monthly/annual/long range planning sales forecast. Tracking of Customer Price Change's and lump sum productivity payments.
Drive calculation and improvement of Contribution Margin on product level.
Track and drive improvement of material cost and license cost on product level including Design to Cost.
Planning, forecasting, and reporting of R&D, Reimbursements and Customer Funded Tooling. Ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition according to completed project milestones
A/R, inventory, price liabilities, warranty liabilities, and E&O analysis and optimization.
Ensure timely payment of invoices due and quick resolution of overdue accounts receivable.
Support of CU in all financial topics required to support business decisions including preparation of supplier and customer claims.
Financial reporting for CU management including preparation of data, charts and presentations for internal meetings.
Applying corporate policies at the Customer Center level. Ensure that accounting standards, legal regulations and corporate compliance rules are adhered to in all areas.
Partner with business controlling on quoting activities.
Work to ensure inventory levels are minimized and maximum financial performance is achieved.
Evidence of stretch assignments that reflect superior performance in previous roles
Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
Proven experience in building and managing financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving.
Ability to turn data into clear actionable programs.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with details and complicated data, can dive deep and communicate implications and solutions.
Experirence with cross cultural international teams
BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
Required proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups). Finance System Experience: FIRE, SAP
5+ of experience including manufacturing financial analysis, R&D Controlling, performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience in delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to deal with adversity and rapidly changing operating conditions while still delivering results
Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership and delivering results.
Demonstrated excellent business judgment and can generate ideas and solve problems independently
