What you’ll do?
*This is a temporary position for 2 years.
*Establish routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs. Provide support and troubleshooting for current operations. Investigate gathers and analyze data and implement solutions.
*Innovate and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas.
*Develops the Manufacturing Design activities for EPDP programs following the JDQPS and ISO guideline conduct manufacturing engineering work for a project or process.
*May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors.
What it takes?
*Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic engineering).
*Liquid paint process understanding.
*Software: SAP, AutoCAD, Creo parametrics.
*Paint manual application.
*Lay Out fundamentals and IE.
*PDP Methodologies (Manufacturing Design, routings).
*Powder paint process.
*E-Coat paint process.
