Engineering Superintendent reports to Manager Engineering. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering and technical team to sustain the current production processes interacting directly with the Value Stream Leader to achieve are goals aligned to Company’s goal and Engineering strategic plan.


  • Lead cross functional manufacturing engineering teams to sustain current production processes.

  • Receive new products to production following a structured Stage and Gate.

  • Ensures consistent and repeatable processes are developed.

  • Frequent interactions with Value Stream Leader, Product engineers, Quality Engineering Leaders, Engineering Manager, Electrical test and Maintenance leaders

  • Responsible of Scrap and RMA reduction through production process optimization and Cost saving projects implementation.

  • Provides guidance to Engineering team to respond Customer concerns and Improvement actions.

  • Perform Risk Analysis, Engineering Reports.

  • Manage Sustaining project resources

  • Embrace Continuous Improvement initiatives and deploys appropriate Six Sigma / LEAN tools.

  • Ensure performance, capital project cost and quality meets or exceeds expectations with strictly adherence to regulations

  • Responsible for executing departmental goals, quality goals and product performance results

  • Assess ongoing technical abilities of team members and ensure technical work of team members is correct

  • Conduct annual employee performance evaluations and goal setting process, provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching and career planning throughout the year

  • Act as a role model and mentor, fostering strong team spirit that enhances employee engagement, retention and productivity

  • Bachelor degree in an engineering related field.

  • At least 5 years prior work experience in similar position in product/process sustaining, performing in manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of and experience in problem solving implementation, Validation process (IQ, OQ, PQ)

  • Quality and Process Control knowledge and implementation (FMEA, CP, SPC).

  • English language advanced, able to communicate written and spoken.

  • Strong knowledge in methods and manufacturing systems.

  • Experience in Project Management tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in Six Sigma & LEAN.

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills is essential.
