  • Design and test Validation New Semi / Automatic Processes.

  • Planning on New Projects Execution

  • Document New Procedures and Quality / Manufacturing Requirements.

  • Coaching in System’s Electronic Trouble Solving.

  • To validate different integrating of new Electronic and testing Systems

  • Coaching to program PLC, Vision Systems, Sensors and Robots.

  • Supervision Automation Technician and their execution.

  • Improve best talents of different resources.

  • Mechatronics / Electronics Eng. or Master Degree.

  • Testing Validation Process Experience.

  • Expertise of ultrasonic welding (As a plus), laser marking, PLC programming and Automation.

  • 5 Years of Experience Minimum.

  • Bilingual (English – Spanish).

  • Analytical and planning thinking.

  • Automation Experience in different projects.

  • FMEA and Control Analysis knowledge / Experience.

  • Use design program as CREO, Solidwork / Autocad.

  • Able to program Vision Systems, Robots, Sensors, PLC.

  • Design and Development Automation Projects.

  • Molding and Assembly Experience as a Plus.

  • Customer Drawing Lecture Knowledge and Experience.

  • Planning Execution Tools.

  • Service and positive attitude.

  • Persuasive, active and planning responsibilities.

  • Lean Manufacturing Experience is a Plus.
