Clorox México is currently looking for a Technical Services Manager / Engineering Manager whose main responsibilities will be:
a) Generate and Deliver the Capital Investment Plan and related Plant Operating expenses according to the ICC (Fixed Assets Accounting Policy, Capital Approval Authority, and Purchase Policy) and Engineering processes.
b) Achieve predictable and consistent results across ESPACE leading on Safety, Product Quality, Cost and Enable Fuel/Growth areas.
c) Being a member of Plant's World Class Operations Committee, leading Early Management Pillar implementation and results.
Plan and execute capital projects on time and within cost.
ESPACE KPI's Review & Follow up:
Engagement survey results
Safety -- Incidents, BOS, IP's, Risk Predictions, etc.
Product Quality -- Centerline, Process Capabilities, Out of Limits, Quality Notifications, etc.
Availability -- Projects Execution
Cost -- CAPEX budget, Expenses budget, CCEM projects execution
Enable Growth -- Initiatives projects execution
Minimum 7 years of experience in production, maintenance or engineering.
Experience with packaging and processing systems (liquid fillers, palletizers, conveyors, batch mixing processes, bulk storage containment, liquid transfer systems and facilities) and some exposure to PLC's for systems automation and control.
Clear understanding and implementation of WCM, TPM or Lean Manufacturing programs and tools with deep understanding of F&A Concepts (TDC, Std. Cost, etc.).
