American Express Rep III-Credit in Distrito Federal, Mexico

Global Commercial Credit is part of the Global Servicing Network at American Express. Our Credit Analysts are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls on current and past due Corporate Cardmember and Client accounts. They negotiate payments as required, also working to resolve the status of each particular account presented. Credit Analysts are effective in balancing their collection efforts, while ensuring to maintain a positive customer experience, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills. GCA Credit Analysts are also proficient with providing a variety of solutions that best fit Corporate Cardmember and Client needs, using effective listening skills and maintaining a collaborative conversation. Analysts are required to be efficient, while following established credit procedures. Additionally, they are expected to stay within acceptable performance standards and quality goals. The markets serviced and included within the scope of this position are Corporate Mexico, Argentina, Global Dollar Card, and Spain (multi-market operation) and the business hours of operation are seven (7) days a week. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility with work schedules.

Qualifications: • 2 years call center, credit, customer service, or sales experience • Excellent consultation, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Proven problem solving and decision making • Strong verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office environment • Flexibility on both day and evening schedules: weekend availability • High Energy and will to win attitude • Bi-Lingual Skills Preferred (Spanish and English)
