American Express Compensation and Benefits Coordinator in Distrito Federal, Mexico

Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager Mexico, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and improvement of all compensation and benefits’ programs for Mexico. Key responsibilities will include: * Providing compensation guidance and advice to business leaders Market HR’s to support the people agenda * Providing in-market support to global C&B activities including the annual compensation review and bonus cycle, compliance of C&B programs * Leading core compensation activities including oversight of incentive programs, market benchmarking, management of pay ranges * Participating in global and regional C&B projects * Ensuring local programs are compliant with local regulations and internal American Express standards. * Support all necessary regional audits * “ownership / responsibility for the successful ongoing delivery for a number of specific items in the C&B portfolio for Mexico (e.g. Major medical plan, pension plan, cars administration, etc) * Liaise with key partners and stakeholders including Market HR, Leaders, Finance on compensation and benefits items Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
