American Express Analyst-MIS in Distrito Federal, Mexico
Customer Engagement Network (CEN) carries out American Express customer telephone operations delivering superior service to our customers and enhancing its experience through relevant messages and Value generation offers. The CEN MIS Support Team is looking for an analyst to become part of its team. This team supports the CEN/Finance/GNICS functions related to revenue and provide meaningful reports and analyses on metrics, trends, projection, efficiency, incentive payout and productivity metrics, which help in strategic decisions by diverse company leaders. * Reviewing Daily / Weekly and Monthly reports for the utility and providing analysis on the same. * Present data via format presentations and/or PowerPoint Decks to various levels within the organization. * Observe and identify trends in various business metrics and apprise the leadership of the same. * Responsible to put a process around performance management and Rewards and recognition. * Partner with Various internal customers to enhance existing performance management process, metrics and platforms. * Regularly update leadership team with business trends and analysis. * Work closely with operations, finance, and GNICS teams to build a strong reporting structure. * Conduct internal audit on all serviced areas of the business to ensure that we are aligned with various compliance regulations /policies. * Create Monthly payout report for the staff groups and facilitate monthly/quarterly bonus and incentives. Qualifications: Relevant performance within Back Office processes. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint .Prior exposure to Globestar, WCC, GNA, D , SSP, PSP, Triumph preferably. * Must be able to work and deliver against deadlines * Methodical, logical, with a keen attention to detail * Passionate about integrity of processes * Credentials in analysis and presentation skills would be an added advantage * Overall basic World Services processes knowledge is a must. Good working interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. * Proven ability to drive high productivity & sustained performance * Manage conflict and counsel performance. * Strong team player with great attitude and high level of integrity. * Result oriented and proactive decision making skills. * Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resilience in the face of changing business requirement. * Strong Analytical skills (Mathematics and Statistics background preferred).
