Description ll • Negotiations focus on QDCF for PM

• Cost break down analysis and reasoning

• Project developer and saving executor

• Project developer to achieve Corporate KPIs based on QDCF

• Interact with all local and global multidisciplinary areas of each segment inside CFMS

• Participate and support all the preventive and corrective actions assign linked to the quality system,

• Execute contract issuing, Scheduling agreements, purchase orders linked with the Continental CMFS and rules for NPM for each project

• Secure the involvement with the Cluster Managers for the sourcing processes

• Involve CFMS Cluster Managers & regional buyers as well as Continental Automotive buyers For any project linked to savings, efficiencies and best practices

• Involve, develop and execute sourcing / re­sourcing projects with the Sourcing Specialist Americas

• Create, Manage and maintain all documentation in place (hard copy and electronic) for all projects, sourcing cases or any type of project for any audit process.

• Request, manage and update all documentation required for a supplier linked to our CFMS processes

• Establish terms and conditions of purchase linked to CMFS Purchasing

• Comply with all the quality, security and environmental systems as well as the local internal requirements

• Request all data for new supplier on our systems for PM as well as the CPMG applicable

• Request all customs and shipping data in and out of the country

• Secure all customs and laws rules for any country

• Secure the delivery of services on time and quality

• Identify and built projects to create added value for the purchase such as; quality, localization, currency exposure, payment, inventory management, supplier reduction,

• Create, Manage and maintain all documentation in place (hard copy and electronic) for all projects, sourcing cases or any type of Project linked to expansion or whichever for any audit process.

• Request, manage and update all documentation required for a supplier linked to our Corporate Purchasing NPM

• Establish terms and conditions of purchase linked to NPM Corporate Purchasing Continental AG.

• Comply with all the quality, security and environmental systems as well as the local internal requirements

• Request all data for new supplier on our systems for NPM as well as CPMG applicable for SCOUT tool.

• Request all customs and shipping data in and out of the country

• Secure all customs and laws rules for any country
