  • Experience * : Minimum of 5 years in a similar position for Mexican subsidiaries of multinational companies

  • Role * s* and responsibilities*:

  • Implement and enforce Nokia s compliance policies and ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country

  • Participate in the development and performance of compliance trainings not only to Nokia s employees but also the third parties dedicated to the Project, with primarily focus on anticorruption (FCPA, UK Act, and Anti-Money Laundering)

  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability/risk, development/implementation of corrective action plans, provision of general guidance as to how to avoid similar problems in the future

  • Serve as a reporting channel of concerns raised during the course of the Project

  • Participate in periodic meetings, where the candidate should prepare and present reports, as well as be prepared to respond to any questions related to his/her activities

  • Reporting * : The Compliance Manager should report to Nokia s Regional Compliance Counsel of Latin America with dotted line to the Project s Project Manager

Qualifications:

/ Qualification/Skills // : /

  • / A law degree from a recognized Mexican law school /

  • / Licensed to practice law in Mexico /

  • / Experience interpreting and applying in Mexico anticorruption laws /

  • / Able to work effectively in Spanish and English /

/ Travel: // May be required to travel within Mexico /

/ Desired: // Experience in the technology or telecommunications industries /
