Specific responsibilities and duties include: • Focus on Staffing STRATEGY • Implement and leading Recruitment Process Outsource evaluations • Forging a strong and constructive partnership with the RPO provider with whom we have engagements. Understanding their capabilities and fully levering them. • Use a sophisticates set of Staffing Management Information, MOS and reporting to really look deeply into staffing performance and identify ways to take if to the next level –end to end process- • Manage scorecard in area of scope, meet the results and drive for continuous improvement. • Partner with the business leaders to drive UR in the area of responsibility • Having detailed discussions with customers about growth plans and talent needs and putting together the right staffing actions to enable that growth, specially being part of the High Grow Region. • Superb communication skills which include a wide variety with considerable span from employee to business leaders in Mexico, US and other regions. • Playing a strong educational and consultative role with HR colleagues and business leaders. • Playing an active role in internal talent sharing and review processes. • Have an understanding of the market and create pipelines where needed. • Be able to challenge others that are not allowing to move Right & Fast on Requisitions, escalate without fear when necessary. • Conduct regular requisitions reviews for region to drive right trend for performance and behaviors • Support staffing of key salaried positions across Mexico for all functions including: Integrated Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT, Honeywell Operation System, HR, etc. • Work with US and Mexico human resource leadership to staff key regional and leadership positions. • Quality control of requisitions and maintain compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements. • Be proactive in the development and implementation of creative and effective sourcing strategies. Minimize use of search firms or consultants • Proactively build network of candidates through personal contacts, recruiting events, internet mining, etc. • Use a structured process to select and prescreen candidates • Manager the development and coordination of offers; responsible for negotiation with and closing of candidates • Focus on decreasing cycle time of hiring process • Responsible for pre-screening, assessment and identification of qualified candidates • Maintain accurate and up to date information in the requisition/applicant tracking system • Partnering with hiring managers to ensure candidate care. • Support and/or lead specific staffing projects throughout the region. • Ability to develop staffing agencies by niche markets • Measure HGCLP model with Scorecards and partner with HR leaders to measure success

The ideal candidate would have: • At least 8 years of HR, staffing / recruiting experience • Bachelors degree • Bilingual Spanish/English • Experience with processes such as Background Checks, Staffing Analytics and Staffing best practices • Have an affinity for data and numbers – the organization is highly focused on leading with facts and figures • Be able to handle complexity and extract key details from the larger picture. • Be a clear and concise communicator and a comfortable presenter. • ALWAYS deliver on your commitments • Be impatient with “good-enough” and hungry to make things better • Strength of character • Ability to lead and influence effectively • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate administration systems such as Taleo, or others equivalent. • Ability to interact with all levels of management • Proven experience in sourcing, selection and negotiation • Project Management Experience • High energy, drive and initiative, be very self motivated and hold yourself accountable • Results-driven and action oriented • "Headhunter" approach to recruiting • Excellent networking and relationship building skills • Ability to "sell" positions to candidates • Strong interviewing and selection skills • Able to manage conflicting priorities • Great customer relationship and candidate care skills Able to travel 10% of time
