Job Description

The process engineer is responsible improve process and machines such as poka­yokes, cycle time, ergonomics, safety, etc.

1.Cordinator responsible for process documentation, Adjustment Sheets, Parameter Sheets, Work Instructions, Visual Aids y Maintenance Plans, PFMEA, Flow chart.

  1. Support process development of automation process technologies, tooling and production equipment.

  2. Works with cross functional teams to determine application specific process requirements.

4.Drives Lean Manufacturing Initiatives, Kaizen, Kan Ban, Jidoka and supports TPM program by providing mentoring and training to peers, technicians and operator personnel.

6.Ergonomics improvement and leading.

  1. Responsible for the performance of more than one process steps in an integrated view, actively monitor and take improvement actions for the KPI's (OEE, FPY, PPMs, DPMOs, Cycle times, MTBF, MTTR, change over times, SCRAP)

  2. Maintains the quality system in production lines, according to the procedures established to meet the quality standards to monitor the performance of the main quality indicators, using statistical tools, research and deep analysis and interacting with the departments needed in order to identify and solve root cause issues.

  3. Support the implementation of Engineering Changes related to process steps in responsibility.

Support for Poka Yoke implementation and Lean check development.

Supports Customer Audits and Visits.

Supports Scrap reduction efforts through problem solving and process optimization.

  1. Participate on Production/Engineering meetings at the established frequency.

  2. Ensuring efficient production.

  3. Follow through change processes.

Job Requirements

-Habilidades y Certificaciones:

Ingeniería Industrial , Electrónica, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.

Ingles 80%

Certificación de Green Belt como un plus.

Auto motivado.

Líder en equipos de trabajo, capacidad de manejo de proyectos múltiples.
