Job Description

Management of the ESD and Cleanliness for rooms department. Comply

with customer requirements. Improve ESD/Cleanliness rooms. Develop and improve

scope. Develop ESD and Cleanliness startegies for improvement.

New 2017 ­ Management of the Material Analysis and Cleanliness for product

Laboratories. Comply with customer requirements. Improve laboratory process. Develop

and improve lab scope. Develop Material Analysis and Cleanliness strategies for

improvement.

Management of the Metrology laboratory / Process. Support on dimensional studies

applying the GD&T. Comply with laboratory requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025,

ISO­TS16949. Comply with other Lab standards such as MSA, Calibration, etc. Support

to engineering department. Problem Solving. Find improvement strategies.

Management to the calibration process. Support to the calibration department by

realizing calibrations to mechanical, temperature and some electronic electronic

equipment. Comply with laboratory requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025, ISOTS16949.

Find improvement strategies.

Management of the Incoming Inspection Laboratory / Process. Definition of measurement

methods definition by using accurate measurement equipment applying the GD&T

requirement. Support to SQM on investigations, analysis, Non­conformances, sorts, etc.

Job Requirements

• Experience in managing personnel

• Developing and writing procedures

• Knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply them in developing and documenting test or calibration uncertainty budgets

• Troubleshooting techniques

• Knowledge of mathematics including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry and the ability to apply them to solve a variety of highly complex measurement problems

• Electronic and physical/dimensional calibrations and calibration traceability

• Metrology laboratory practices and calibration data collection

• Answering customer calibration questions

• Preparing calibration reports and/or certificates

• Advanced English
