Generate demand in the field of the Syngenta product line, to achieve the commercial objectives of the company in terms of sales and collection.
Apply market knowledge, price and commodity trends (crop / crop prices).
Know in depth of the main crops in your area, in terms of area, prices of crops and trends of changes and crops. Having an up-to-date database, getting information in official offices, in magazines, official publications, exchanging information with leading agricultural experts, farmers' associations, etc., consult the Internet.
Be experts in priority crops in the area, from soil preparation, seed selection, transplanting, agronomic practices, phytosanitary problems, harvesting and marketing. Select the most important crops in the area and get all the information related to their management, attend training courses on production of crop management, interact with experts of those crops and keep up to date.
Develop and strengthen a relationship of trust with "all" key farmers (from 20 to 50) in the area. Develop and strengthen a trusting relationship with key farmers and / or sub-distributors in the area through scheduled visits, problem solving, exchange of information, invitation to technical exchange days. The CRM tool will be used to manage farmers' database management.
Creation of demand in the field with farmers through a formal plan of demonstration areas, field days and training of farmers and technicians. Generate demand for our strategic products in priority crops through a formal field days program and technical talks aimed at farmers and leading technicians in the area. Define priority crops and strategic products by area, define the number of field days and technical talks per crop / product / per zone, carry out the field days program and technical talks according to the pre-established program.
Develop a local network of technical influencers to obtain recommendations and anticipate changes in the market. Have a reliable source and network of technical influencers in the area that recommend our products and guide us to anticipate possible changes in the market. To identify leading influencers in priority crops in the area, to develop a database of influencers, to develop and maintain a trustworthy network, to have the network of influencers include our products in their recommendations program
Strengthen the relationship with the distribution channel Grow market share with each of the distributors, adding value compared to the competition.
Experience as Technical Sales Consultant, from 2 to 8 years maximum in the position as promoter, field technical adviser or in crop inspection, specifically in Durango region
Experience in beans and corn crops
