Job Description

To ensure that the product is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external (legal compliance and customer) and internal requirements. To monitor and advise on internal quality performance of products. To liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree, Six Sigma certification, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process on new introduction products, preferably 3 years leading and/or coaching teams. Managed more than 4 employees over a period of a least 3 years, preferably 2 years working with international teams and/or having international interaction and 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Required Knowledge: Advanced English, negotiation, communication, Problem Solving tools (according matrix tools), APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning) /PPAP ( Product Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control),Core Tools

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • Six Sigma certification.

  • 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Product know how and or Production process know how ==>experienced in

product development, production, product industrialization or quality management (Negotiation and customer management.)

  • APQP process on new introduction products

Lean Six Sigma know how ==>Gaps to be filled by internal or external training at personnel certification companies

  • Preferably 3 years leading andor coaching teams

Managed more than 4 employees over a period of a least 3 years

  • Preferably 2 years working with international teams and or having international interaction.

  • Experience dealing with suppliers.

  • Advanced english
