Role Summary:

Execute a six month Lean project and Lean Framework execution meant to improve the operation of manufacturing processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  •  Full Support the Lean Challenge Team in the implementation of lean projects during the event.

  •  Improve the lean tools management in Shop floor.

  •  Promote the continuous improvement at shop floor by encouraging people to generate ideas, providing follow up and implementation.

  •  Accomplishment, monitoring and control of lean progress and metrics, prepare and communicate results.

  •  AWO's/ShingiJutsu events activities follow up

  •  Present monthly progress to site's staff. Qualifications/Requirements:

  •  Strong oral and written communication skills.

  •  Experience/participation in manufacturing projects (desired) Desired Characteristics:

  •  Student from the last four semesters from Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar.

  •  Fluent English Speaker.

  •  Change Agent
