Schneider Electric Intercompany Intern (Students only) in Apodaca, Mexico

General Description:

Responsible for Intercompany reconciliations accounts assigned. Must be able to analyze financial data and provide support international accounting policy adhered solutions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support to lead position of special projects or team functions.

  • Worldwide Intercompany reconciliations.

  • Post and analyzes Netting Allied Transactions

  • Generate and Provide Statemants Accounts related Allied companies.

  • Analyzes accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Posts to journals, ledgers and other accounting records.

  • Uses automated systems to input data, reconcile accounts and respond to inquiries.

  • Verifies and compiles data and prepares financial reports and analysis.

  • Performs analysis of specified accounts and unbilled transactions.

  • Performs and maintains close, documented follow-up of assigned accounts to ensure appropriate resolution.

  • Prepares and generates outstanding account reports and billing. May perform data entry to applicable databases and/or spreadsheets.

Qualifications - External

Requirements:

  • Accounting carrer in progress (from sixth to eight semester).

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced English

  • Proactive, problem assistance to provide solution

  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.
