Schneider Electric Import Export Analyst in Apodaca, Mexico

This position is in charge of the import-export operation, customs documentation, achieving the legal dispositions and applicable procedures by Customs and plant , collaborate with competency centers in tabs efficiency, database integrity , fixed assets management, record keeping, reduce duty payments, HTS classification, customs valuation, on time delivery according to plant requirements as well as new projects, production lines transference, determination of the status of the importation, temporal and permanent.

This position should have a basic level and knowledge of the following topics

IMMEX program administration.

US and MX Customs Rules and Regulations.

HTS classification.

Customer Service Oriented.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience managing logistics.

Able to analyze, reconcile and guarantee internal import/export databases.

Ensuring information confidence.

Audit and internal control of legal documentation, policies and procedures used on daily operations.

Duties and taxes efficiency.

Focus on Results. Execution.

Communication Skills

Recent graduate or less than 1 year of experience.

Medium to high level of English is required.

Software literacy, intermediate level.

Professional internship in Customs, Logistics and International Trade as competitive advantage.
