_Program Description_Schneider Electric North America “Finance Advanced Development Program” (FADP) is a 3-year entry-level program that encompasses rotations in different business areas within the company. Designed to facilitate the rapid development of high potential recent university graduates as future finance leaders in the Schneider Electric organization.

Assignments may include rotations in: Global Supply Chain, Commercial, Projects and Solutions, among others; including specific training and activities related to: accounting, controlling, business analysis, forecasting, capital control, inventory and cost accounting, etc. Providing

FADP graduate with exceptional technical and soft skills accompanied with challenging experiences that will boost their careers in the Schneider Electric organization.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related degree

  • English fluent, written and oral

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

  • Geographical mobility
