What do you get to do in this position?
*Business Team Engagement: *Interact and engage day to with business team members and primary IT members to develop solutions for business challenges. Collaborate internally on cross-functional projects
*Process Testing: *Design and develop test scenarios, test cases and write test scripts for various phases of the testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Test), Integration Test and Unit Test. Support key business users in executing the test scripts, resolving the defects by working directly with the technical IT teams to ensure a thoroughly tested system
*Delivery: *Support delivery of business engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for Configure Price Quote and CRM processes with Salesforce. Responsibilities include, among others, interacting with business teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training support, defining support procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze internal processes, data, and problems and support solutions for areas of improvement. Identify new business requirements in close coordination with the business teams and communicate the benefits from enabling new capabilities
This job might be for you if:
1-3 years of Business Analyst /Super User experience in CRM implementation
Knowledge of product configuration, pricing, approvals and quoting business processes
Experience in writing test scenarios, test cases and test scripts and executing the scripts using automated tools
Experience documenting test results and resolving defects based on priority
Experience providing support to business users and translate the needs to the IT teams for resolution
Ability to interact with users/IT support from geographically diverse locations
Bachelor's degree in IT or other business-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
Salesforce CPQ and Sales knowledge
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other).
Expertise in Manufacturing industry
Self-started and motivated
Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
