What do you get to do in this position?
A Continuous Improvement Engineer must be an excellent influencer, communicator and coordinator at all levels within the organization. Be collaborative, proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities and capable to adapt to a dynamic and fast changing environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationship across all levels of the organization.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma skills to address complex process opportunities with simple solutions.
Reduce unscheduled downtime utilizing TPM processes for dies and molds.
Identify constraints to achieving goals and collaborate to find and implement effective solutions.
Identify and justify investment opportunities to maintain world class processes.

You fit the following Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and root cause analysis
Project management understanding
Ability to drive process and culture change in a mature organization is highly desired.

- Advanced English level
- Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and develop action plans to strategically eliminate barriers
