Job Description

This function is responsible for assisting on keeping brand equity across owned and paid media. Activities include planning, executing and evaluating the effectiveness of communication campaigns for branding and new product launches. Creative, multitask, drive the agenda and team worker.

Function Overview

  • Co-lead on brand equity developing impactful communication strategies that result in brands KPI’s improvement.

  • Design, implement and adapt Advertising Campaigns across different media

  • Digital oriented to assure right execution of Web strategies, Social Media, Paid Campaigns and new platforms.

  • Design and implement Point of Sale Communication Strategies, with innovative ideas and creative solutions that add value to the business.

  • Lead creative, Media and Digital agencies

  • Strong consumer focus, understanding behaviors, trends and key purchase drivers.

  • Management of annual budget

Minimum Requirements

Scholarship: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Language: Fluent written and spoken English

Experience:

1-3 years of Marketing Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with aptitude in Microsoft excel

  • Strategy understanding and project management

  • Exceptional communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on fact-based analysis
