Brown-Forman VIP/Trade/Media Supervisor in Amatitán, Mexico
Responsible for coordinating, orchestrating and booking the trade, VIP, media groups (including Single Barrel program bookings) visiting the Casa Herradura Homeplace. In addition, support with tastings, private tours and other visitor related activities. Work closely with Brown-Forman meeting planning staff, sales and marketing organizations as well as other Casa Herradura Homeplace staff members.
Responsible for the trade/distributor/VIP/media and Buy the Barrel guests while on property including private tours and/or tasting and other developed visitor.
Manage Personal Selection and Buy the Barrel program for the visitors while at CH Homeplace ensuring premium experience as aligned with the Tequila Herradura brand.
Provides marketing support to Brand Ambassador as needed to take care of these specific guests (trade, distributor etc).
Works closely with on-site culinary team to administer trade/distributor/VIP and Buy the Barrel and bourbon education.
Coordinate, orchestrate and book groups in event system and provide premium experience to these specific brand customers while visiting the Casa Herradura experience.
Work with guest services as needed for coordination of tours and staff as hosting relates to visitor tour program.
Works closely with Brown-Forman event planners to coordinate trade and barrel selection groups visiting the distillery.
Delivers timely event and expense and group activity reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and minimum 3-5 years in the hospitality, and/or meeting planning; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external agencies/guests.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal employees as well as external business partners.
Strong personal initiative; champions business plans.
Action oriented; responds in a timely and effective manner to business issues and opportunities.
Highly organized; is capable of meeting multiple deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
Strong understanding of B-F culture and B-F Brand
Project Management Experience
Previous experience in collaborative team building and matrix environment
