The Supply Chain Planner is an integral member of the Supply Chain Planning Team in developing and assessing a comprehensive plan for demand on specific product families. The department has a large impact on the company, revenue, people and communication with stakeholders. The Supply Chain Planner leads the process of demand management, including planning demand, communicating, influencing demand, prioritizing and managing demand. It is a highly visible position with interaction globally and with all levels of the organization, including the Senior Leadership Team. The Supply Chain Planner will also learn how Oracle works and be heavily involved in all the inner workings of it.
Manage variables in the demand equation, such as marketing forecasts, inventory and Lead Time among others.
Optimize the models and variables to drive both production and demand plans
Meet established KPIs for customer satisfaction and business goals.
Develop and track KPIs to provide feedback on execution and reinforce accountability.
Lead communication on demand management with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Customer Service
Lead communication on production objectives to meet customer satisfaction and Sensata business goals
